Fast Facts:
â–º You have 2 private, covered balconies with seating for you to enjoy your morning coffee with a view of the Gulf water.
â–º Corner unit so no neighbors to one side or below.
â–º Stocked full-sized kitchen has everything you need to whip up a wonderful meal for your family to enjoy.. Just bring the food!
â–º You will receive a “starter pack” from us in your welcome basket. It contains a sample size soap, shampoo, conditioner, dish soap, tp, & bath towels for your stay. It is only meant to get you started and may not last your entire stay depending on your usage.
â–º We also include a Binder with activity ideas, maps, tips, lists of faves, coupons, and a scavenger hunt for family, etc for your stay.

Top bunk bed weight limit is 250 lbs. Bottom bunk bed weight limit is 250 lbs. Total bed limit is 500 lbs

-Bathroom with large bathtub/shower combo.

Parking:
Our HOA allows 2 parking spots per our unit. Parking cost is $30 per car and you will pay the guard shack upon arrival. They will give you a parking pass that will get you into our exclusive parking area for the remainder of your stay up to 2 weeks. [Snowbirds will have a special parking allowance. Please ask guard for more info regarding longer passes.] updated 5/30/24
ACCESS:
--You'll have the entire condo space and private balcony facing the Gulf to yourself. The pool area, lobby area, and bbq areas are shared amenities with others staying in the low density complex.
--Door system is electronic and you will be assigned a temporary code to use during your stay. You will check in at your convenience any time after 4pm.
--We are not managed by a separate company that is caring for multiple guests so you will have our undivided attention if the need arises during your stay. We pride ourselves on giving you "5 Star Care."
--You will notice a security Ring doorbell cam on the OUTSIDE of our home near the entrance door.
BEACH FRONT:
Walk outside the building and your toes are in the sand! We have a beach walkout as our complex is right on the water, Gulf side.
OUR RATES:
Our rates fluctuate according to season and length of stay. Check our calendar below. We do have a payment plan available. For dates more than 2 months away: pay 50% to reserve dates and 50% 2 months before your checkin date.
BOOKING DETAILS:
—Fill out the contact form w/ your dates and I will send a rental agreement to you.
—Once booked, you will receive a password to our Online Trip Planning Guidebook. It's exclusive to our guests. It is full of helpful things like our condo info, activity ideas, area tips, favorite restaurants, coupons, etc. We love thinking ahead and passing on our local favorites.
—Primary renter must be 25 to book this listing and be present & staying in our home throughout the entire stay.
—Unit will sleep 8 comfortably. We have 10 sleeping spots + pack n play to choose from.
—We do not allow parties, events, or gatherings at any time.
