just WOW!
"Seaside Tide is just WOW. Ultra clean when we arrived. Great view of the Gulf. Easy to check in with owners, parking attendant was very helpful. Plenty of carts of luggage etc. Kitchen area had everything needed as we always cook on vacations. The grills were cleaned daily and in great shape. TVs and internet were easy to navigate. (It was football weekend.) Refrigerator worked great and one of the coldest Air Conditioner units. Grocery store within minutes. I can't say enough good things about this unit. The cleanliness of this unit is far above the rest we have stayed. Thanks again for the best stay so far. We will be back! "

"It felt so good to find tranquility, rest, and relaxation with the sound of ocean waves. We planned nothing and enjoyed the schedule of no schedule... We played games, watched movies, watched the beach restoration project, napped, and truly made this beach house experience be our 'little place of paradise.' It was so lovely.
You can see that you pour so much love and attention into every little detail. We will look forward to staying in the future & I will highly recommend your place to anyone headed to Gulf Shores!"

Home Away from Home!
"We loved our stay here. Felt like we were right at home, and everything was thought out and comfortable. Would definitely recommend to anyone with kids. Our 3 kids slept comfortably in the second bedroom, and this was one of the only places I found that didn’t have those weird bunk beds in the hallway! It was a no brainer for us. Highly recommend!"

"We spent 3 nights at Seaside Tide and look forward to many more. I’ve had family in the GS area for roughly 30 years, and Seaside Tide has a great location that puts you seconds from your toes in the sand. We loved the view we had from the balcony and our family spent a lot of condo time out there. We also played most of the games that are available in the rental, popped out the DVD player, and enjoyed being able to make some of our favorite meals in the kitchen.
We didn’t visit the pools on the property but they were clean and available. We did use the laundry, which was great. We also enjoyed the complimentary beach items. You get a lot of dish, hand, body soap and shampoo/conditioner that was certainly enough for a 3 day stay. There are tons of sweet touches around the condo - lots of cozy blankets, a fun scavenger hunt for the kiddos, two kinds of coffee makers, Dish network, coupons to local places, comfy beds and more personal touches than I could list.
We had a few questions for the hosts and got quick responses. We highly recommend this rental."

"You will love their place. It’s right on the beach which was literally a 20 second walk. You can also bbq in the courtyard . Beautiful getaway
The condo was exactly as pictured. It was clean. The view of the beach was great. We sat on the patio almost every day. The location and convenience on the beach was great. Our kids had a great time on their first visit to the Gulf. I definitely would rent again.

"If you are a family with kiddos this is the place for you. The owners have a selection of boardgames to keep your family entertained after a day at the beach. The location is great and the condo has not just one but two large pools and a kiddie pool. The owner is also very responsive and will help you with any issues you have. We will be staying again next year."

"This condo is such a great value. The decor and special touches here and there really make it special. The beds were super comfy, you can see the ocean from the patio and main bedroom and the AC was great! We usually find beach condos can be stuffy, but this one got cool fast and stayed cool. Having all the beach supplies available, especially chairs, umbrella and wagon was super convenient. We enjoyed our stay!"

All the detailed information provided by host was all accurate….ocean view from living room and King bed. We loved parking in the secure lot. The unit was extremely clean. Super easy self check-in and out. I would highly recommend this property for Gulf Shores. It is a gem of a place!!
